Terms of Service

By accessing or using Signal 9 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Signal 9.

Signal 9 is a B2B prospecting, outreach, and meeting-booking platform that helps agencies and app resellers identify potential clients, draft outreach messages, manage replies, and schedule meetings. The Service includes AI-assisted lead research, contact enrichment, multi-channel outreach drafting, pipeline management, and integrations with third-party tools such as email and CRM providers.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we are not liable to you or any third party for such changes.

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL), data protection laws, and the terms of any third-party integrations you connect.

You may not use the Service to: (a) send unsolicited commercial communications to recipients who have not opted in where required by law; (b) harvest, collect, or store personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws; (c) impersonate another person or entity; (d) send content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights; (e) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service; or (f) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

You are solely responsible for the content of all outreach messages you send and for ensuring you have the legal right to contact each recipient.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved. Plan pricing, credit allowances, and features may change with notice; price increases take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you retain access until then.

We respect your privacy and handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any contact or company data you process through the Service, and for complying with your obligations as a data controller under applicable privacy laws.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google (Gmail, Calendar), Salesforce, and HubSpot. These integrations are governed by the respective providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content (including contact details, outreach drafts, or lead recommendations) will be accurate or reliable.

You should independently verify any AI-generated information before relying on it. AI-generated contact details may vary in accuracy and should not be treated as verified without your own review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal 9 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
